Nowadays, any food is more and more careful in the packaging design, the purpose is to increase the consumer's desire to buy, but no matter how beautiful the packaging can be without this information, otherwise it is an irregular and illegal commodity.
1. The name, specification and net content in Chinese. The conspicuous position of the packaging bag must clearly and truly reflect the true properties of the food. For example, a "compound beverage" with added milk cannot be marked only as "milk". At the same time, the specifications and net content of the food also need to be clearly marked. The specifications of liquids are generally milliliters or liters, and the specifications of solids are grams or kilograms.
2. The ingredients or ingredient list of the food. The ingredients of the food must be fully printed on the food packaging bag. Under normal circumstances, the names of ingredients on the ingredient list are sorted by content. The more the ingredients in the front, the higher the content. Through the ingredient list, we can know whether there are allergens in the food, and the use of its additives is also convenient for us to determine whether to quit.
3. The production date and shelf life of the food and the storage method. These three points are what everyone must look at when buying packaged food. After all, no one wants to buy expired food. In addition, it should be mentioned that the specific shelf life will be marked on the packaging of domestic food, while the packaging of imported food often only Remind the best time to eat, don't get confused.
4. The name, address and contact information of food producers and distributors. In order to facilitate consumers to directly contact the relevant food manufacturers, the above three points of information must be marked on the packaging, and should be true and effective information.
5. Code of food implementation standard. In layman's terms, it is a code starting with "GB". The National Food Safety Law clearly stipulates that the implementation standard number must be marked on the package. If not, the light will be fined, and the license will be revoked. If you choose packaged food and find that there is no such code, it is likely to be an illegal product, and you must boycott the purchase!
6. The production license number of the food. From October 1, 2018, the "QS" label has been banned on the packaging of food, and replaced by the letters "SC" plus 14 Arabic numerals, which is the production license number of the food. This number can be found on the website of the "National Enterprise Credit Publicity System", which is convenient for everyone to identify the authenticity of the food.
